As a CMF Designer, you will be part of the Industrial Design department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving skills, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Initiate and drive the development of Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) concepts in collaboration with design and supplier teams. Organize, track, and distribute CMF mastering samples, ensuring efficient inventory management and sample distribution. Proactively identify process gaps, flag discrepancies, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule. Work closely with designers, engineers, and leadership to ensure seamless project coordination and alignment on expectations. Evaluate CMF-related data and contribute to best practices that enhance development efficiency and quality. What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in CMF Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 4‑6 years of experience in automotive CMF, program management, or coordination, with a strong understanding of industry‑specific materials and finishes. High color acuity with the ability to pass the Munsell Hue Color Test. Hands‑on expertise in CMF development, including material evaluations and supplier coordination. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. What's in it for me?
