WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE... The Director, Loyalty & Personalization will own the strategy and execution of 7 Brew’s loyalty program and personalized guest lifecycle experiences across digital channels. This role is responsible for driving measurable improvements in visit frequency, retention, and lifetime value by leveraging guest data, behavioral insights, and targeted engagement across app, email and SMS.

This leader will operate at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and operations to ensure loyalty and personalization are simple for guests, scalable for the business, and profitable over time.

THE FLAVOR YOU ADD... Loyalty Strategy & Program Ownership

Own the end-to-end loyalty strategy, including program design, earn/burn economics, reward structures, and full Loyalty program P&L

Continuously optimize loyalty mechanics to drive incremental visits and long‑term engagement without over‑discounting.

Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure loyalty economics are understood, measurable, and sustainable.

Personalization & Lifecycle Marketing

Lead personalized lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and win‑back.

Develop segmentation and targeting strategies based on guest behavior, frequency, preferences, and location.

Oversee always‑on and triggered campaigns across email, SMS, in‑app, and push notifications.

Guest Data & Insights

Partner closely with Analytics and Data teams to translate guest data into actionable insights and test‑and‑learn roadmaps.

Define and track KPIs including frequency lift, retention, incremental revenue, CLV, and offer efficiency.

Use experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve performance.

Lead guest data strategy and own mar‑tech stack roadmap

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with Digital Product teams to ensure loyalty and personalization are seamlessly integrated into the app and web experience.

Work with Media and Growth teams to activate first‑party audiences across paid channels.

Align with Operations, Training, and Field teams to ensure loyalty programs are executable at the stand level.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Build and lead a high‑performing loyalty and personalization team, including internal talent and agency partners.

Establish clear operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and performance accountability.

MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...

8–12+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or personalization, preferably within restaurant, QSR, or retail environments.

Proven experience owning or scaling a loyalty program and lifecycle journeys that drives measurable business impact.

Deep understanding of guest data, segmentation, and personalization strategies in high‑frequency consumer businesses.

Hands‑on experience with CRM, CDP, or marketing automation platforms (ex Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, etc.).

Strong cross‑functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Comfortable balancing strategy with execution in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Confident team leader with bias for action while bringing team along on the journey

Strategic thinking with a results‑driven mindset.

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.

Tech‑savvy and comfortable with data‑driven decision making.

Collaborative approach to teamwork and leadership.
