FINANCE EXECUTIVE - Lead Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasury, Short and Long-Term Strategic Planning, IRR, and Analytics - Hemphill Exclusive

In this role, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and lead efforts in mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, modeling, and capital projects. You will oversee a high-caliber team responsible for treasury, cash management, debt issuance, banking, credit, IRR analysis, risk management, and insurance. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other executives across the company and its divisions, taking ownership of developing the company's short and long-term strategic plan for Board approval. You will also manage all financial modeling related to acquisitions, greenfield projects, joint ventures, and divestitures, evaluating opportunities for growth and profitability. Additionally, you will lead a team that handles cash management, treasury operations, investments, debt issuance, banking relationships, credit management, risk management, financial forecasting, performance analysis, business continuity, and insurance.
