Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative
Virtual Management Services is a growing remote staffing firm that supports businesses across the United States by providing high quality virtual professionals, and we are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts. This role involves handling day to day servicing tasks such as processing Certificates of Insurance, managing endorsements and policy changes, assisting with renewals, and responding promptly to client requests while maintaining accurate records. You will work under the direction of a producer and take ownership of the servicing side of accounts after they are written, allowing producers to focus on new business. The ideal candidate holds an active Property and Casualty insurance license and has at least five years of continuous experience as a Commercial Insurance CSR with one employer, is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Attention to Detail Organization & Time Management Technical Insurance Knowledge Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts Process Certificates of Insurance accurately and efficiently Handle endorsements, policy changes, and renewals Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate and up to date client records Support producers by servicing accounts after policies are written Must Have
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required Minimum of 5 years of continuous experience as a Commercial Insurance CSR with one employer Strong experience with certificates of insurance, endorsements, and account servicing Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications
