Automation Solutions Lead
to join our team in Plymouth, MN. The Automation Solutions Lead will lead automation initiatives across business and technology functions, driving solutions from concept through production. This role combines technical project leadership, solution architecture, and hands‑on execution to deliver scalable automation solutions leveraging data, workflows, and AI where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the Automation / AI roadmap aligned to business priorities and ROI
Lead end‑to‑end solution delivery (design, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, scaling)
Act as Technical Project Manager coordinating cross‑functional teams
Design scalable and maintainable solution architectures
Translate business processes into system logic and automation workflows
Partner with Data Engineering on data models and data interchange patterns
Implement solutions using APIs, OCR, workflow automation, and data pipelines
Drive process standardization and reusable frameworks
Manage vendors and ensure delivery quality
Define and track automation success metrics
Key Deliverables
Ownership of multiple automation initiatives end‑to‑end
Approved and executed automation roadmap
Reusable automation frameworks and patterns
Measurable improvements in efficiency and accuracy
Documented business logic and automation standards
