
Charter Operations & Sales Assistant

The sales assistant will support and report to Baker Aviations Senior High-Volume sales associate. Managing the cycle of a booking from the time of contract execution and through the completion of the flight.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Accurately input all pertinent passenger data; must have attention to detail and be able to spot a single digit error in passport numbers.
Ensuring fuel orders are secured and provided to crew members as needed.
Notifying FBO’s of arrival and needs.
Flight following: monitoring active flights, coordinating with brokers and FBOs, and providing real-time updates to clients regarding tail numbers and crew.
Verify usability of departure/arrival airports.
Sending trip sheets.
Coordinate with broker for all details of the trip.
Input pax info into Jet Insight.
Setup Fuel Release for all legs of the trip.
Secure PPR’s as needed.
Coordinate with FBO as needed to assist crew.
Alert crew of newly booked trips or schedule changes.
Check schedule fitment and crew duty limitations around your trip.
Add pilot notes to trip sheet for all of the above.
We are looking for someone who has a “now-not-later” mentality, who is eager to get the job done accurately and efficiently in order to support business growth.
Proficiency in JetInsight is helpful, but not required.
Pay and Benefits
Salary: 60-70k a year.
Health Coverage - Baker Aviation pays the entire premium for our healthcare plan. This is a $3,000 per month value for a family plan.
401K - Baker Aviation contributes 3% to your 401K. This is a free contribution from the company, you do not have to contribute any of your pay unless you want to.
