Responsibilities

Partner with Sales team members to identify customer requirements and align them with the appropriate hardware and software solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations, both remote and on-site, showcasing body camera hardware, evidence management software, and related products.

Serve as the knowledge expert on all product features, integrations, and data security requirements.

Work with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff after the sale, including documentation of customer requirements and configuration details

Build strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, jails, and public safety stakeholders

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role.

Ability to translate technical concepts into operational value for non-technical audiences.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel up to 50–75% depending on region and customer needs.

Experience working with law enforcement technology, video systems, digital evidence platforms, or related SaaS solutions.
