This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Sales Manager located in Auburn, AL. The Fleet Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sale of commercial and fleet vehicles, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, managing the sales process, identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the attainment of sales targets. The role involves working collaboratively with other departments to enhance business opportunities and deliver exceptional service to clients. Qualifications

Proficiency in Fleet Sales and knowledge of Commercial Vehicle sales Strong understanding of Sales Processes and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and relationship management Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in the automotive industry and with fleet sales is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to operate commercial vehicles
