Summary The Customer Fulfillment Specialist provides direct customer interface regarding product supply through phone calls, email, and in-person meetings. You will be responsible for pricing, contract administration, data systems, customer issues, product quality, and invoicing. The Customer Fulfillment Specialist is an integral part of the Sales Team and the key customer interface role for the team in tracking customer usage, equipment and product deliveries, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

Works jointly with sales personnel to learn the customer’s business and establish unity of purpose and direction to create an engaging relationship

In charge of other revenue sources, ensuring sales contracts are entered correctly in SAP (including verifying customer invoicing for product deliveries matches contract), and collaborating with Sales regarding rebates, credits, and debits

In collaboration with the Sales and Finance teams, assists with monitoring and resolving accounts receivable issues

Provides logistical and financial historical data and trends, including customer spend and volume usage, to customer and internal business units

Coordinates internally with finance team to ensure accurate sales order processing and financial reporting as timely as possible.

Performs nominations and daily scheduling of DRA supply to meet commitments and avoid customer downtime

Maintains accurate forecasts for customer inventories by obtaining, monitoring, and/or adjusting tank levels and injection rates within GAINS and communicates to transportation carriers.

Plans and coordinates product deliveries to ensure accurate and timely replenishment to customer by collaborating with transportation carrier

Responsible for reviewing, approving, and submitting orders in GAINS to SAP system. Enters orders/changes made outside of GAINS into SAP

Communicates to the customer planned deliveries, unexpected events and/or changes to the delivery schedule

Resolves customer issues and provides ad hoc customer support relating to miscellaneous account items

Facilitates product remediations in coordination with Technical Service Engineer

Accountable for following established processes, including maintaining required Internal Controls compliant records, activities, and reports and adhering to ISO Quality processes

Cultivates cross-functional relationships through participation on projects

Provides vacation relief scheduling coverage, as needed.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of business experience or 1-2 years of directly related Supply Chain experience.

Preferred Experience

GainSystems Supply Chain & Inventory experience

Customer Service experience

SAP business experience in the Sales & Distribution module
