Assistant Marketing Manager
to support the development, execution, and optimization of
marketing campaigns and events
that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role blends
strategic marketing planning
with hands-on
event coordination , delivering impactful brand experiences across digital and in-person channels.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing
integrated marketing strategies
aligned with company goals
Plan, coordinate, and manage events including
product launches, trade shows, promotional campaigns, and corporate events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
sales, public relations, and creative teams
to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Manage event logistics, timelines, and budgets to maximize
ROI and campaign effectiveness
Track, analyze, and report on
marketing campaign performance , providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Support the creation of
marketing materials , presentations, and event collateral
Assist with
social media marketing
and offline promotional initiatives tied to campaigns and events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in
marketing, event planning, brand management, or promotions
Strong
project management and organizational skills
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with
marketing tools, CRM systems, event management software, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
