About the role We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to lead copy development across Brio and Home Organizers — two distinct consumer brands under the Softline umbrella. This role sits within the Content Writing team and is responsible for producing strategic, brand‑right copy across digital, print, packaging, and campaign channels that connects with customers and drives conversion.
You’ll collaborate closely with Copywriters, Technical Writers, Copy Editors, and cross‑functional partners in Marketing, Brand, Design, and Product to maintain voice consistency, uphold copy standards, and bring each brand’s story to life — from a product detail page to a full campaign narrative.
This is a hands‑on role for a writer who is equally comfortable shaping a messaging framework and crafting a tight headline, and who thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment.
What you’ll do
Develop and deliver clear, compelling, on‑brand copy across digital and print channels, including product listings, PDPs, website content, email, blogs, social media, paid ads, video scripts, packaging, retail materials, and campaign assets
Lead copy development for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across Brio and Home Organizers, shaping brand narratives and executing copy across multiple platforms
Translate product features and technical details into benefit‑driven, user‑focused messaging that is easy to understand and conversion‑oriented
Write and optimise ecommerce and paid media copy, applying platform best practices for channels such as Amazon, Meta, and Google
Develop headlines, taglines, and messaging frameworks that support each brand’s storytelling and business objectives
Maintain consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across both brands, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards
Review and refine copy to ensure quality, usability, and performance — incorporating feedback and insights to continuously improve effectiveness
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners in Marketing, Brand, Design, Product, and Technical teams to align copy with campaign goals and creative direction
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of craft and attention to detail
Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive messaging to continuously elevate content output
Qualifications
5–6 years of professional copywriting experience with a strong portfolio spanning digital, print, and campaign work
3+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing
Experience in consumer goods, home products, lifestyle brands, or relevant agency environments
Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, paid media strategy, and platform‑specific messaging
Moderate knowledge of SEO and a strong grasp of UX‑informed copywriting
Proven ability to craft benefit‑driven, user‑centric copy that drives engagement and conversion
Experience collaborating cross‑functionally in fast‑moving, high‑volume environments
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to have
Experience writing for home organisation, personal care, or lifestyle product categories
Background working across multiple brands or within a shared services creative environment
Additional certifications in UX writing, social media copywriting, or related disciplines
The pay range for this role is:
110,000–145,000 USD per year (Softline HQ)
