Chicken N Pickle is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping projects on track, and brings strong communication and administrative skills to a collaborative team!

You will work closely with our Director of Marketing Growth, ensuring all tasks assigned are completed and supporting on ad-hoc projects as needed. We are looking for someone who is efficient, dependable, and can contribute to a fun engaging brand experience!

Qualifications:

Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Experience or willingness to learn website content updates and digital/media coordination

Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana) is a plus

Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment

Willingness and ability to travel or be on-site when required

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role

Experience working in hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Compensation range begins at 55K per year, range dependent on experience and qualifications

This role is primarily remote but you must live close to one of our locations as frequent onsite tasks will be required. Preferably you are close to our North Kansas City or Texas locations.
