Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & CRM Specialist to lead customer communications, experiential marketing initiatives, and branded merchandise development. This role blends lifecycle marketing with hands‑on brand execution, requiring both analytical thinking and creative direction.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing direct‑to‑customer communication across email and SMS, while also playing a key role in how the brand is experienced in person through events, trade shows, and physical brand assets. This role helps define how the brand becomes unforgettable from the moment a customer receives a text message to the moment they walk into a Valvetronic Designs booth at a show!
Key Duties and Responsibilities CRS and Lifestyle Marketing
Own and manage all email and SMS marketing efforts across a database of 20,000+ contacts
Develop and execute segmentation strategies to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates
Build and optimize automated workflows (flows, campaigns, and triggers) to enhance customer journeys
Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine strategies based on data insights
Other duties as assigned
Experiential Marketing & Events
Help with the design, planning, and execution of trade show booths, tents, and display trailers
Coordinate logistics, setup, and brand presentation for all events and activations
Represent Valvetronic Designs at car shows, trade shows, and industry events
Ensure all physical brand touchpoints reflect a premium, performance‑driven identity
Other duties as assigned
Merchandise Development
Design and develop custom merchandise lines aligned with brand identity
Source materials, manage sampling, and oversee production of apparel and branded goods
Collaborate with internal teams to launch and promote new merchandise drops
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of experience in email/SMS marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and campaign strategy
Experience with event marketing, trade shows, or brand activations preferred
Creative eye for branding, merchandise, and physical marketing assets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for automotive culture is a strong plus
