The Role You’ll lead 2D motion design across campaigns for some of the world’s most recognised FMCG and beverage brands. Working directly alongside a 3D-specialist design director, you’ll own the creative development of motion content that spans social media, digital applications, and full advertising campaigns.

Your work will reach beyond New York – this studio operates as part of a 300-person global network, meaning projects often involve collaboration across London, Amsterdam, Dubai, and APAC studios. You’ll work across diverse categories, including food, beverage, beauty, and care brands, with exposure to both established portfolio work and innovation projects that require fresh creative thinking. After Effects will be your primary tool, with occasional support on 3D projects where the scope demands it.

The Package

$85,000 – $120,000

Hybrid working: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in the office

21 days annual leave plus 3 personal days

Office closed between Christmas and New Year

The Person You’re a Motion Designer with 3 – 5 years of agency or in-house brand experience, ideally with exposure to CPG or major consumer brands. After Effects expertise is essential; some 3D capability is valuable but not required.

You’ve delivered high-quality motion work for brand campaigns, and you’re ready to work directly with senior creative leadership on projects where your creative input shapes the outcome, not just the execution.
