We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Paralegal/Legal Analyst to join our Commercial Real Estate team in Rye Brook, NY. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career at the intersection of law, real estate, and finance. You will gain hands‑on exposure to real estate transactions, lease administration, and portfolio analytics while supporting attorneys, analysts, and asset managers across a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities
Legal & Transaction Support
Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing commercial real estate documents (leases, amendments, purchase agreements, NDAs). Support due diligence efforts by collecting, reviewing, and summarizing property and legal documents. Track key dates, deadlines, and deliverables for active deals. Maintain accurate and organized document management systems. Program & Portfolio Support
Help manage lease data and maintain portfolio tracking tools. Support compliance monitoring by tracking obligations and requirements across properties. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) and external partners (brokers, landlords). Analysis & Reporting
Input, clean, and analyze lease and portfolio data in Excel or internal systems. Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and dashboards for team review. Conduct basic research on markets, properties, and transactions. Process & Administrative
Support process improvements and documentation standardization. Assist with system updates and adoption of real estate or legal software tools. Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business, Real Estate, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field) or Paralegal Certificate. 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships included). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred
Internship or coursework in commercial real estate, law, or finance. Familiarity with leases or contracts (academic or professional exposure). Interest in real estate transactions, legal processes, or financial analysis. Experience with tools like Excel (formulas, data organization) or any database systems. What You'll Learn
