Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent, located in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Construction Superintendent will oversee on-site operations, manage construction schedules, enforce safety regulations, ensure projects stay within budget, and coordinate with stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications
Experience in Construction Site Management and a strong understanding of Construction Safety protocols
Effective Organization and time management skills to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Budgeting and cost analysis to ensure project financial goals are met
Strong Project Management skills to lead teams and coordinate all aspects of construction projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety certification, are a plus
5 years experience in commercial construction
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred
