Fortis Property Management Job Description Position Summary The Marketing Representative serves as the front-line ambassador of the company’s brand, products, and services. This role is responsible for promoting offers to target audiences, supporting marketing campaigns, building customer relationships, and assisting in lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Sales Support
Represent the company at trade shows, events, community activities, and client meetings.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist in developing and distributing marketing materials, presentations, and product information.
Generate leads and support the sales team by identifying potential opportunities.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and partners.
Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address concerns professionally.
Collect feedback from customers to inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional efforts.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and marketing activities.
Communicate updates, successes, and challenges to management and team members.
Reporting & Analytics
Track marketing activities and report on key performance metrics.
Support market research and competitive analysis initiatives.Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Qualifications Required
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
Preferred
Experience with social media, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with lead generation strategies and sales support processes.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to travel locally or regionally for events, client visits, and marketing initiatives.
Ability to lift, carry, and set up marketing materials for events.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events or trade shows.
Work Environment
Combination of office, remote, and field-based environments.
Exposure to fast-paced events, deadlines, and public-facing activities.
Occasional travel and on-site event participation required.
