This opportunity is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional commission‑only sales role. Compensation And Benefits

$36,000 annual base salary (paid bi‑weekly)

Monthly performance bonuses based on units sold

Volume‑based accelerator bonus (32+ units)

Salesperson of the Month awards ($1,000–$1,500)

Profit‑based “Golden Eagle” bonuses

Annual longevity bonus ($25 per vehicle sold)

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.

Provide a professional, customer‑focused sales experience.

Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain consistent follow‑up with customers.

Participate in required meetings, training, and OEM certification programs.

Performance Expectations

Maintain a consistent sales average of at least 10 vehicles per month.

Meet or exceed OEM Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards.

Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic.

Willingness to complete required training programs.

Valid driver’s license.
