We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Catering & Events Manager to drive event sales and oversee seamless execution at Dakota Dunes Event Center. If you’re outgoing, organized, and passionate about hospitality, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, and social events
Manage all event logistics, including setup, vendor coordination, and day‑of operations
Lead, train, and schedule event staff
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from initial inquiry through event completion
Collaborate closely with our exclusive catering partner and hotel team to deliver seamless events
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (OPERA experience is a plus)
Hourly wage plus commission on all events you work
