The Regional Director of Patient Success is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the success of five outpatient behavioral health clinics spanning from Stuart, FL to Delray Beach, FL. This role ensures the delivery of high‑quality, accessible, and efficient mental health services by driving performance, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial sustainability across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct leadership to clinic office managers and oversee all day‑to‑day operations within the region.

Monitor and improve provider productivity, patient access, and schedule optimization.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA, and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Partner with clinical leadership to support high standards of patient care, outcomes, and service delivery.

Lead strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and meet revenue goals.

Analyze and manage P&L statements, budgets, staffing ratios, and facility performance.

Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment, retention, onboarding, and performance management of staff.

Facilitate communication between clinics and corporate leadership to ensure alignment with company vision and goals.

Identify barriers to success at the clinic level and implement data‑driven solutions.

Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong visibility, accountability, and engagement across the region.

Lead training, mentorship, and development for emerging clinic leaders and managers.

Maintain an in‑office presence in the designated “home” location 2‑4 days per week.

Travel regularly within the Southeast Florida region (Stuart to Delray Beach).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in a multi‑site leadership role at the Director level or higher, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.

Proven track record of driving performance metrics, staff development, and operational excellence.

Strong knowledge of behavioral health services, scheduling efficiencies, and insurance reimbursement models.

Proficient in data analysis tools, EMRs (e.g., Athena, NextGen), and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to develop talent, lead changes, and drive results in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly.

Bachelor’s degree required, education in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
