Quaker Digital Academy is seeking an Intervention Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year.
Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year
Part Time from Home – $30.69 per hour as needed

Overview:
Manage caseload of average of 12-24 students
Provide Special Education services (virtual and/or face to face) according to IEP
Demonstrate knowledge of adaptive technologies
Facilitate IEP meetings for students
Write and implement IEP
Compile and maintain special education files
Monitor and report progress toward IEP goals and Objectives
Complete all activities required for compliance with IDEA
Maintain accurate records
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of basic computer skills (including Google)
Develop positive relationships with students and colleagues
Keep detailed documentation from conferences
Serve as instructional supervisor for all students assigned through online system
Share in workload of general projects
Lead parent orientations
Participate in staff meetings and conferences
Provides technical support to all employees or subcontractors
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree K-12 Intervention Specialist
Ohio License in Required Fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization and time-management skills
Flexible schedule
The ideal candidate will also have:
Experience working on online environment
An understanding of home schooling environments
An ability to learn new technology tools quickly
An ability to support adults with basic computer set-up and navigation
