Brand Specialist

who lives and breathes consistency, creativity, and community.

This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role. You are the guardian of our brand’s "vibe." You’ll ensure our voice and visual identity stay sharp across every site, social post, and community event. If you are a high-energy executor who loves to turn a brand vision into a local reality, we want you on our team.

What You'll Own: Brand Consistency & Creative Support

Brand Integrity:

Monitor all physical sites and digital channels to ensure the logo, messaging, and customer experience are 100% consistent and "on-brand."

Asset Management:

Coordinate the production of marketing materials—including flyers, social graphics, and signage—working closely with external creative partners and vendors.

Content Execution:

Help maintain a vibrant social media presence that reflects our high-octane culture.

Community Activation & Partnerships

Local Playbooks:

Take our community engagement frameworks and put them into action. You’ll be the face of the brand at schools, apartment complexes, and local dealerships.

Event Coordination:

Organize and execute grand openings, charity fundraisers, and local sponsorships to build deep-rooted loyalty in every market we enter.

Strategic Networking:

Identify and nurture local partnerships that drive membership growth and organic buzz.

Reputation & Customer Engagement

Review Management:

Own our presence on Google, Yelp, and Facebook. You’ll respond to reviews daily, turning feedback into opportunities to shine and keeping our reputation sparkling.

Feedback Loop:

Partner with site managers to address customer service trends and ensure our fans stay fans.

Growth Support

New Site Launches:

Execute the "boots on the ground" marketing tasks for new locations—from hanging banners to coordinating pre-opening local events.

Tracking & Reporting:

Assist in tracking the success of local campaigns and membership drives to help the team optimize what works.

Requirements We’re looking for a doer who can pivot quickly in a high-growth environment. You should be organized, charismatic, and obsessed with the details that make a brand feel premium.

Experience:

2–4 years of marketing, brand coordination, or community management experience.

Industry:

Experience in multi-location retail, hospitality, or membership-based businesses is a huge plus.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, a "no task too small" attitude, and the ability to represent our brand with confidence in the community.

Vibe:

You bring infectious energy to the team and are genuinely excited about building the best car wash brand in the industry.
