We are seeking a

Brand Manager

to elevate our market presence, drive qualified traffic, and modernize how we connect with today’s luxury customer. This is a mid-career role for a strategist who respects heritage but thrives on digital transformation.

What You’ll Do

Synchronize traditional media (print, local media, outdoor placements) with digital media (social media, website content, email and paid media), and in-store touchpoints (signage and environmental branding)

Analyze trends and consumer behaviors across our local markets to develop data-driven strategies that maintain our competitive advantage

Direct our social media strategy, community engagement, and brand voice ensuring that marketing department stays aligned with brand pillars:

design, quality, service

Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI across campaigns

Lead relationships with agencies and freelancers, providing actionable creative briefs and tracking partner performance to ensure maximum ROI on external spend

Develop and implement methods to leverage AI and automation for content production, CRM analysis, and accelerated market research

Constantly refine and protect our brand perception as a premium design destination for modern luxury design

What You’ll Bring

3 to 5 years of proven success in marketing or brand management

Demonstrated experience managing campaigns across

digital, traditional, and physical retail environments

Background in

luxury, furniture, design, or lifestyle brands

is highly preferred

A strong balance of high-end

creative intuition and data-driven execution

Experience managing agencies, external partners, and creative freelancers

Genuine curiosity and comfort with

AI tools and modern marketing technology
