Peoplesoft Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (ERP) with strong analytical expertise, a solid understanding of ITIL practices, and the ability to adapt to a variety of business analysis assignments. This role requires extensive, hands‑on experience with ERP systems—specifically PeopleSoft—including requirements gathering and implementation. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience supporting transformation initiatives within complex organizations and demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of business and functional requirements to support ERP implementation and enhancement efforts

Analyze, design, and document business workflows and processes to support operational efficiency and system alignment

Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Development, QA, and Project Management, to support all phases of the project lifecycle

Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, backlog grooming, and work item prioritization

Create and manage work items, ensuring alignment with business needs and project goals

Conduct and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and validation

Review and validate documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards

Support ongoing ERP enhancements and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and HCUS deliverables

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

Senior‑level experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP systems

Demonstrated hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft, including requirements capture and implementation (required)

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices

Proven experience working on transformation initiatives within complex organizations

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
