Description
Quality Liquid Feeds is looking for a detail-driven and dependable Invoicing Specialist to join our team at our Dodgeville, WI office. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated.

What You’ll Do
Process and generate daily invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Review, update, and maintain pricing and customer-specific price sheets
Manage credits and re-billed invoices with proper approvals
Support month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations
Partner with sales and customers to answer invoicing and pricing questions
Communicate pricing updates and resolve discrepancies quickly
Provide backup support to customer service and office operations as needed
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Previous office or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Basic accounting knowledge is a plusli>Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and willingness to learn
