Description We are looking for a skilled Instructional Systems Designer to join our team in New Jersey. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for creating effective learning solutions tailored to meet organizational and educational goals. This position requires a strong background in instructional design and proficiency in developing engaging training materials using industry-standard tools.
Responsibilities
Develop instructional materials and e-learning content that align with organizational objectives.
Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate to design interactive and visually appealing training modules.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure content accuracy.
Conduct needs assessments and apply instructional design principles to address training gaps.
Evaluate existing training materials and recommend improvements for enhanced learning outcomes.
Test and optimize e-learning solutions for usability and effectiveness.i>
Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to timelines.
Provide technical support for learning systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Stay updated on instructional design trends and technologies to enhance training strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in instructional design and systems development.
Proficiency in using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
Ability to create engaging and effective e-learning content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience conducting needs assessments and evaluating training materials.
Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning standards.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
