Job Description We are seeking a Sr. UX Designer to help shape user experiences for complex, enterprise‑level platforms. This role focuses on designing scalable, accessible, and reusable interface solutions that support internal users across multiple systems and workflows.

This opportunity is well suited for a designer who enjoys working on foundational systems, balancing usability with technical constraints, and contributing to design solutions that scale across teams and products.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will contribute across the full design lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on UI systems, component design, and accessibility. You’ll help ensure design quality while supporting efficient delivery in Agile environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and evolving reusable UI components and patterns that support consistency and scalability

Partnering with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences

Applying user‑centered design principles to complex workflows and enterprise applications

Supporting accessibility standards and inclusive design practices across interfaces

Producing design artifacts such as wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final UI specifications

Facilitating design discussions, incorporating feedback, and iterating at the appropriate level

The role requires comfort operating within technical constraints while still advocating for strong user experiences.

Required Qualifications

Several years of experience in UX, UI, or product design for complex applications

A portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX work, component‑driven design, and modern design practices

Experience working with design systems and reusable UI libraries

Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability best practices

Working knowledge of front‑end concepts and collaboration with development teams

Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery environments

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting or contributing to enterprise design systems

Exposure to accessibility guidelines such as WCAG or similar standards

Experience collaborating closely with front‑end engineers on implementation

UX or design‑related certifications
