Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational weekends. Hours vary depending on site.
Travel:
Traveling is required for this position. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Pay range:
$21.24 - $24.44 per hour. Salary offers are based on skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Assigned a territory to cover phlebotomy duties within a Patient Service Center, doctor's office, or as business needs dictate.
Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
Collect specimens according to established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams).
Enter billing information and collect payment when required.
Coach, mentor, instruct, and serve as a resource advisor for new employees, and be the point of contact to staff on site.
Travel to additional doctor's offices or Patient Service Center sites when needed.
Qualifications Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Work Experience
Five years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Minimum 3 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
The position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English.
