Overview
We're looking for a curious, data‑driven, and AI‑native Associate Growth Marketer to help us scale customer acquisition and engagement. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career (or just out of college) who is excited to learn fast, experiment often, and make a measurable impact.
You'll work across channels—paid media, email, SEO, partnerships, and more—helping us test ideas, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns that drive growth. You'll also be expected to leverage AI tools to move faster, uncover insights, and continuously improve how we work.
ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES TO ST. LOUIS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of growth marketing campaigns across channels (paid, email, SEO, social, etc.)
Assist in planning and launching A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement
Analyze campaign performance and pull insights to guide next steps
Help manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and experimentation
Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to bring campaigns to life
Track key growth metrics and maintain dashboards/reporting
Research competitors, trends, and new growth opportunities
Contribute ideas—this role is as much about thinking as it is doing
Requirements Minimum Qualifications & Credentials
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
0‑2 years of experience (internships, projects, or coursework count)
Strong analytical mindset—you're comfortable working with data and numbers
AI‑native mindset—you actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to solve problems, learn, and work more efficiently
Natural curiosity and willingness to test, learn, and iterate
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly
Basic familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or marketing platforms is a plus
What will make you stand out
Internship or hands‑on experience in marketing, startups, or growth roles
Experience running campaigns (even small ones—school projects count)
Exposure to paid media platforms, email tools, or SEO basics
Comfort with data analysis or light technical skills (SQL, dashboards, etc.)
Demonstrated use of AI to drive better or faster outcomes (projects, internships, personal work)
A mindset of "try it and see what happens" vs. waiting for perfect answers
Benefits
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
Retirement Plan (401k)
Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
Short Term & Long Term Disability
Training & Development
Why You'll Love Working Here At ConsumerAffairs, your voice matters. We foster a collaborative environment where you're encouraged to take initiative, experiment boldly, and grow professionally. We're committed to work‑life harmony, career development, and celebrating wins together.
