Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Hackettstown Main
Bank of America, Hackettstown, NJ, United States
About the Role
Job Description:
At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection. We do this by driving Responsible Growth and delivering for our clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders every day.
Being a Great Place to Work is core to how we drive Responsible Growth. This includes our commitment to an inclusive workplace, attracting and developing exceptional talent, supporting our teammates’ physical, emotional, and financial wellness, recognizing and rewarding performance, and the impact we make in the communities we serve.
Bank of America is committed to an in‑office culture with specific requirements for office‑based attendance and flexible arrangements based on role‑specific considerations.
As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses. You will receive dedicated training for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. Following licensure, you will acquire the foundational skills of an advisor—building and managing client relationships, guiding complex financial pictures, and delivering personalized advice. Work in a financial center to help deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions.
Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed FSA I, you typically progress into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients and can advance into many roles at Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy supports you with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
