Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales & Service Representative to join our Allstate agency team. This role is responsible for driving new business through insurance sales while also providing exceptional service and support to existing clients. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, personable, and committed to helping customers protect what matters most. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate new business through inbound/outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns Educate prospective customers on coverage options and recommend appropriate policies Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Customer Service & Retention

Service existing accounts by handling policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims support Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage Build long-term relationships to increase customer retention and satisfaction Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person Administrative & Compliance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency systems Ensure all activities comply with California insurance regulations and agency standards Stay informed on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Qualifications

Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License (or be willing to obtain within 60 days of hire) 1–3+ years of insurance sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications Compensation & Benefits
