Your goal is to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals to ensure the operation of the property complies with Company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations. Qualifications
Proven experience managing LIHTC or affordable housing properties. Strong knowledge of property management software, preferably OneSite. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and analyze budget variances effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to work some weekends and be on call as required.
