Collections/Customer Service - $17 + Uncapped Commissions

Hours of Operation Monday through Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30 - 1:30
No evenings & no weekends

Our Position The main function of this position is the collection of past due accounts. We are dedicated to using a consumer centered approach focused on finding solutions that are best for the consumer and the company simultaneously.
What will I do as a representative?
Contact consumers to determine an agreeable resolution to help the consumer take care of this obligation. Most of our accounts are for medical services.
Utilize your customer service skills to listen to the consumer and come up with a solution.
Use a dialing system for connecting to outbound calls, receiving inbound calls and making occasional manual calls.
Follow all applicable federal, state and local laws i.e., FDCPA, HIPPA, CFPB, etc.
Insure that all special circumstance accounts i.e., disputed, bankruptcy, etc. are handled appropriately.
Job Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
Previous customer service/sales/collections experience
Punctual and reliable
Strong communication and customer service skills
Solid computer skills: familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and Excel
