CoreVest, a leading private lender to residential real estate investors, is seeking a Bridge Underwriting Senior Associate to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. What You’ll Do:
Underwrite and analyze residential/commercial real estate bridge and ground up construction loans Manage due diligence, financial reviews, and loan file integrity Partner with clients to understand business plans and gather key data Prepare investment memos and present recommendations Monitor market trends and contribute to underwriting strategy Mentor junior team members and support best practices What We’re Looking For:
4–6+ years in commercial real estate lending (bridge, multifamily, SFR, or construction) Strong financial analysis and underwriting experience Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint Benefits:
