We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (Banking Payments & SWIFT)
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with strong experience in banking and payment systems, including SWIFT, to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact financial projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Analyze business processes and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders
Utilize SQL and VBA to extract, analyze, and interpret data
Support initiatives related to banking payments and SWIFT systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Apply Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
Design and maintain data structures and support data-driven solutions
Create process flows and documentation (e.g., Visio diagrams)
Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes
Experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services (required)
Hands-on experience with payments systems (required)
Experience working with SWIFT messaging and payment flows (required)
Strong knowledge of SQL, VBA, and data analysis
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and priorities
Professional working proficiency in English (required)
