The Total Rewards Analyst will play a pivotal role in our organization's journey towards pay transparency and compliance with the European Union's Pay Transparency Directive. This role is specifically designed to support the implementation of this directive across our European markets, ensuring that our compensation practices are fair, equitable, and in line with evolving regulatory requirements. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external advisors, to coordinate and execute job levelling reviews, pay equity analyses, and governance frameworks. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a major HR transformation initiative, gain exposure to job architecture and compensation strategy, and collaborate internationally across multiple markets.
Lead the implementation of EU Pay Transparency readiness activities across European markets, ensuring consistent and compliant practices.
Coordinate and support job levelling reviews, working closely with HR and business stakeholders to validate job levels and maintain consistency.
Conduct audits of job levels for the current employee population, identifying risks and inconsistencies, and ensuring compliance with established frameworks.
Support pay equity analyses, including identifying total pay gaps, and assist in interpreting results for internal reporting.
Develop and reinforce levelling governance practices, ensuring sustainable processes and standards within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE).
Support broader Total Rewards activities across the Europe & Africa region, including compensation cycle preparation, data validation, and governance initiatives.
Provide analytical support for Africa levelling initiatives, aligning with global frameworks and contributing to regional transformation efforts.
Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress monitoring, ensuring transparency and accountability in all processes.
Collaborate closely with Total Rewards leaders, local P&C, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams to ensure effective implementation and governance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR consulting, or HR analytics, with a strong focus on European compensation practices.
Proficiency in job evaluation methodologies and compensation frameworks is preferred.
Experience with pay equity analyses, regulatory HR projects, or transformation initiatives is highly advantageous.
Strong exposure to multinational environments, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-country operations.
Advanced Excel skills and a proven track record in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Autonomous work style, with the ability to handle sensitive compensation data with discretion and confidentiality.
Fluent in English, with additional European language skills being a plus.
