Responsibilities

Provide top‑notch customer service via chat, email, and phone to Swedish‑speaking clients

Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally

Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience

Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest service quality

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Monitor and report on customer feedback to help improve our services

Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

Fluency in Swedish and a good command of English; other languages are a plus

Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage

Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture

A passion for gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is a big plus
