About the Role We’re looking for an
Experience Designer
to join a data-focused team responsible for building intuitive, high-quality digital products powered by
large datasets and complex systems .
In this role, you’ll work closely with
end users and modern product teams
to uncover insights, define problems, and design solutions that transform data into meaningful, user-friendly experiences. This is a highly collaborative position that blends
user research, interaction design, and data-driven product thinking .
What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct
user research
including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather both qualitative and quantitative insights
Collaborate with
end users, product managers, and engineering teams
to design intuitive product experiences
Translate research findings into:
Product hypotheses
Design recommendations
User stories for the product backlog
Design and iterate on:
User flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Data-driven interfaces and dashboards
Apply
usability principles and mental models
to inform design decisions
Create
mockups and visual assets
to communicate design concepts
Develop and refine
user interfaces
that balance functionality and clarity
Contribute to
design documentation
and communicate design rationale to stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in
UX/Product/Interaction Design
Strong foundation in:
User research (qualitative + quantitative)
Interaction design and information architecture
Wireframing and prototyping
Data-heavy applications, dashboards, or analytics tools
Complex workflows or enterprise systems
Ability to translate
user needs into clear, actionable design solutions
Proficiency with tools such as:
Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Photoshop and Illustrator (for visual design and assets)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Nice to Have
Experience working with
large datasets or data visualization tools
Background in
enterprise or internal tooling environments
Familiarity with
Agile product development
Exposure to
technical or data platforms

You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining problems through research
You collaborate seamlessly with
engineering and product teams
You bring a strong balance of

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $20.00 to $35.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
