Our client is seeking a highly skilled Campaign Analyst to support end-to-end campaign development, from gathering requirements to technical build and QA. If you’re analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with SQL and campaign tools like IBM Campaign/Unica, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into accurate campaign designs.

Build customer selections using IBM Campaign/Unica.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign strategy and targeting.

Create use cases and test scenarios to validate campaign logic.

Develop functional and technical specifications alongside cross-functional teams.

Write and troubleshoot SQL to support backend processing and investigations.

Perform detailed QA checks to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Equivalent, or 3-5 years related experience.

Preferred Experience

Experience with AT&T products or databases is a plus.

Adobe FAC/AJO/AEP experience is beneficial.

Skills And Qualifications

Strong SQL expertise: complex joins, aggregations, temp tables, data formatting, imports/exports.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Project Management, Adobe Workfront, and experience in list management or campaign generation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail.

Experience with ETL processes is a plus.

Familiar with and has worked in IBM/Unica Campaign.

Background in CRM, direct marketing, or campaign management.

Strong analytical decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Be able to multitask in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
