Responsibilities Assisting Client Brand social media Team in the maintenance and updating of Social Media Channel Evaluation documentation. Update materials to support the evaluation, including online/email survey, checklists, and reports. Assist with updating PowerPoint presentations, internal research, and Excel files.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent. 1-3 years' experience in marketing, communications, or social media role. 1 year experience using enterprise social media tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc. Professional experience collecting and organizing data, performing research, and writing reports. Clear understanding of social media analytics and deriving insights from data. Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
