Your New Role: Help shape the tenant experience and grow your career in commercial real estate as a Commercial Property Manager with a fast-growing Portland-based company. In this role, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day operations across a portfolio of six commercial properties in the Portland metro area. That looks like managing vendor relationships, keeping communications with tenants clear and responsive, and ensuring lease terms are followed – all while maintaining an exceptional standard of service and property performance. Financial acumen is key here: You’ll conduct advanced financial analysis for annual budgets and forecasts, so a strong command of real estate accounting and comfort with Excel (and the rest of the Microsoft Office suite) is essential. You’ll also need to be detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to interpret complex lease documents and keep multiple moving parts running smoothly. If you’re a proactive communicator with a head for numbers and a heart for property care, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be based fully on-site and travel regularly between properties, with occasional on-call duties for after-hours emergencies.
