The Role
We are seeking a Multifamily Market Analystwho possesses a blend of financial intuition and narrative writing skills. You will analyze complex market conditions and financial data to help our clients understand the "why" behind the trends.We’re looking for someone who brings a sharp eye for detail, communicates clearly and confidently - both written and verbal - and excels in a collaborative environment where ideas are shared freely and teamwork drives results.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and can pivot with ease as new opportunities and challenges arise.The ideal candidate is someone with multifamily development, real estate finance, or appraisal background. Key Responsibilities
Site Inspections: Evaluate subject properties and comparables throughout the country.Interface with clients, developers and property management. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct site inspections, researching local and regional multifamily trends, including market rent, supply/demand, vacancy, absorption rates, and demographic shifts. Report Writing: Author comprehensive Market Studies and Feasibility Reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Requisite Skills/Qualifications
Experience: At least 3+ years in real estate analysis, appraising, underwriting, or financial consulting. Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret data sets. Strong analytical thinking andability to synthesize large datasets. Writing Excellence: You must be able to write professional and grammatically clear reports. General Skills: High attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and ability to work in a collaborative setting. Why Join Us?
