Key responsibilities
Supervising the operation of ETP/RO/STP.
Follow up for the maintenance jobs related to the ETP/RO/STP.
Maintaining inventory of different chemicals required for ETP/RO/STP operation.
Ensure compliance of IMS (Integrated Management system) requirements with respect to documents etc.
Filling of manifest forms of hazardous waste disposed to TSDF
Ensure smooth replacement of damaged/choked membranes of the unit.
Prepare work permits for different maintenance jobs.
Taking Charge of RO unit operations in absence of operator.
Deployment of manpower for smooth operation ETP/RO/STP.
Training on safety, first aid and First Aid Center management.
Compliance to statutory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. (Chemistry).
Minimum 10-14 years of experience in Safety management, in API manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and industry best practices for API manufacturing.
Excellent communication, leadership, and Maintenance & project management skills.
