We’re seeking an experienced Photo/Video Art Director with a strong background in culinary brands. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and visual storyteller who can inspire clients, lead creative teams, and bring concepts to life through hands‑on direction.

What You’ll Do Creative Direction & Production

Lead art direction for photography and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand vision and creative strategy

Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts, set designs, and on‑set execution

Collaborate closely with stylists, photographers, and production teams to achieve best‑in‑class results

Guide shoots from pre‑production through final delivery, maintaining high creative standards throughout

Concept Development

Develop and communicate ideas using sketches, mood boards, tear sheets, and design templates

Stay ahead of trends in culinary branding, food photography, and visual storytelling

Ensure consistency across all visual outputs, including print, digital, and video platforms

Post‑Production Oversight

Review and guide editing processes to ensure final assets meet brand and quality standards

Maintain visual consistency and excellence across all deliverables

What You Bring

Strong portfolio showcasing art direction across print, digital, and video—preferably with culinary or food brands

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Capture One, and Microsoft Office (Mac environment)

Ability to clearly communicate ideas visually and verbally

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross‑functional creative teams

Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets

Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
