Responsibilities
Hire, motivate and monitor the performance of the team
Coach sales team to maximize guest satisfaction
Lead all sales activities and maintain an experienced level of product knowledge
Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement
Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Online and Product Specialists
Mentor new and experienced sales reps on standard methodologies for improving performance
Ensure proper follow up of all guests by developing, implementing, and monitoring our DGDG tools
Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Sales Management and Finance experience
Possess successful history of building and training a team, strong CSI scores and above average performance
Strong background in leveraging technology and driving DGDG processes
Experience in Used Vehicle management preferred
Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts of the sales team
Represent the DGDG Core Values of Integrity, Caring, Performance, and Efficiency
DMV Check required
Salary Salary: $84,000 – $240,000 per year. Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This position is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
