Shape and lead the global vendor alliance strategy aligned to Pax8’s long-term vision
Act as a trusted executive advisor to strategic vendors, deeply understanding their goals and growth ambitions
Design and drive global go-to-market and investment strategies that unlock new revenue and market opportunities
Lead structured business cadences including executive reviews and quarterly planning sessions
Champion vendor visibility and influence across the Pax8 Marketplace
Translate performance insights into actionable strategies that maximise joint outcomes
Partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling business cases, commercial models, and growth initiatives
Develop, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative, strategic culture**Your Impact**
You’ll directly influence how Pax8 and its vendors grow together — shaping global partnerships, accelerating marketplace success, and creating long-term value for partners, customers, and internal teams alike.**What You’ll Bring**
Extensive experience in sales, business development, or partner-led growth within the technology ecosystem
Demonstrated success leading and developing senior teams in complex, fast-moving environments
Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and align diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving scalable GTM strategies and monetization models
Deep understanding of indirect channels and partner-centric growth strategies
Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insight into execution at scale**Compensation**
Base salary range: $180k/yr - $230k/yr or more depending on experience
