Newmark Phoenix Realty Group (NPRG) is seeking a creative, driven
Marketing Specialist with a strong video production background
to join our commercial real estate brokerage team. This role reports directly to company leadership and collaborates closely with our existing Marketing Specialist to elevate the firm’s visual presence across digital and print platforms.
We are looking for someone who sees video not just as content, but as storytelling — someone who can transform properties, market trends, and broker expertise into compelling, high-quality visual media. This is an opportunity to take ownership of video strategy within a respected 30+ year firm and help shape how our brand shows up in a modern marketplace.
This position is
4–5 days per week , depending on candidate availability and business needs.
Your Role in Shaping Our Brand
Lead in-house video production and editing, including property tours, broker features, market updates, social media reels, and branded content
Elevate the firm’s digital presence through consistent, high-quality visual storytelling
Collaborate with brokers to conceptualize and execute video ideas that support leasing and investment strategies
Capture and edit drone footage (FAA Part 107 certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
Develop short-form social content designed to increase engagement and brand visibility
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing deliverables
Create and update property brochures, offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, and digital assets via in-design
Maintain and update the company website via WordPress
Support email marketing campaigns and manage a structured content calendar
Participate in quarterly leadership meetings, contributing marketing insights and forward-looking strategy
Utilize CoStar (CRE analytics/research platform) to enhance marketing materials with market information, analytics, graphs, demographics and research (experience not required)
What We’re Looking For
Minimum
2 years of professional marketing or video production experience
Strong video editing skills required
(portfolio submission preferred for consideration)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop required)
Experience producing short-form social media content that feels polished and current
Strong eye for composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Working knowledge of WordPress or similar website platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Up to
two weeks of paid time off (PTO) , dependent on work schedule
Up to
two weeks of paid sick leave , dependent on work schedule
Ten paid holidays
in addition to PTO

Hourly compensation: $25–$30/hour , depending on experience
