The Opportunity
Ulteig is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Designer opening. The Designer supports an assigned group of engineers and technicians by providing technical drafting and design support for infrastructure related designs with limited supervision.
What You'll Do Successful candidates will design and develop plans for infrastructure projects by drawing accurate 3D models on a given software platform. Utilize knowledge of design and 3D modeling to provide technical guidance to other technicians.
What We Expect from You
Two year technical degree in Technical Drafting or equivalent
7 or more years of infrastructure related experience required
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with 3D software programs such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Bentley, Solidworks, Revit, Sketch up as well as graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to learn and successfully apply company, client, and project standards and procedures
Ability to successfully collaborate and communicate with individuals in a team environment
