Overview A strong mid‑level creative who brings speed, precision, and curiosity to executing within established brand systems while continuing to grow conceptually.

Responsibilities

Mid‑level agency experience with a strong foundation in design and production

Proven ability to work within brand systems and follow through to final delivery

Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to grow conceptually

Qualifications

2+ years of progressive graphic communications experience necessary to produce effective and compelling design for all elements of the creative solution

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

Solid grasp of promotional marketing strategies and tactics

Emerging presentation and communication skills necessary to effectively manage workflow across teams and recommend improvements to existing processes

Analytical skills necessary to evaluate creative approach, and seek unexpected, original, and innovative ideas

Compensation Range: $66,120 - $91,350 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
