We’relooking for a creative and proactive MarketingAssistant tohelp us keep the good times rolling across all our marketing channels.

The Role: The MarketingAssistant plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across all Woody’s Brands locations. This position focuses on event execution, field marketing support, brand compliance and management, coordination, and operational follow-through, working closely with the Marketing Director, social/digital team, sales team, and on-site General Managers.

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role designed for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and enjoys bringing plans to life in real time. The MarketingAssistant helps ensure promotions, events, and campaigns are executed accurately, consistently, and on brand across all assigned locations.

The MarketingAssistant collaborates with the social media, digital and creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly through content collection, coordination, approvals, and in‑market support.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple projects at once. From on‑site activations and event support to managing approvals, timelines, and communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Help develop and execute campaigns around events, promotions, TOS and seasonal activations

Collaborate with location managers to gather details and stay in the loop on upcoming events

Provide general support to the marketing team

Support the execution of marketing initiatives, events, and promotions across all locations

Collaborate with marketing, creative, digital and social teams to support campaigns through coordination, approvals, and in‑market execution

Ensure brand standards are followed and report inconsistencies or logo misuse

Coordinate signage, menus, QR codes, and promotional materials for assigned locations

Create and maintain Facebook Events and event sign‑up forms according to timelines

Complete event recaps, Event calendar (Salesforce) updates, and weekly reports on schedule

Communicate regularly with General Managers to support event execution and marketing needs

Assist with on‑site live marketing support for major events as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.

Basic graphic design skills; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suitea plus.

Creative eye for design, layout, and branding consistency

1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or a related field (internships count)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Comfortable working nights and weekends as needed to support events and activations

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand standards and consistency

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, in‑market environment

Ability to take direction, follow processes, and meet deadlines
